Ingredients

  • 1 (2 layer) cake mix with butter
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 large can cream of coconut milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) container frozen nondairy topping (whipped)
  • 1 c. shredded coconut or enough to generously cover cake

Method

  • Prepare cake mix as directed.
  • While cake is not, mix sweetened condensed milk with cream of coconut milk.
  • Make small holes in cake with fork and pour mixture over cake.
  • Spread it until it soaks in.
  • Frost with whipped topping and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
  • Also good if whipped topping is not used.
