Ingredients
- 1 (2 layer) cake mix with butter
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 large can cream of coconut milk
- 1 (12 oz.) container frozen nondairy topping (whipped)
- 1 c. shredded coconut or enough to generously cover cake
Method
- Prepare cake mix as directed.
- While cake is not, mix sweetened condensed milk with cream of coconut milk.
- Make small holes in cake with fork and pour mixture over cake.
- Spread it until it soaks in.
- Frost with whipped topping and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
- Also good if whipped topping is not used.
