Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked Minute brown rice
- 1 (11 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup almonds, toasted and chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1 peach, peeled, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup kraft Catalina dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
