Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 2 sticks margarine
- 4 c. rhubarb, cut up
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
Method
- Mix the flour, powdered sugar and margarine until crumbly. Put in jelly roll pan; bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
- Beat well the eggs, flour and sugar, then fold in the rhubarb.
- Put on top of hot crust.
- Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
