Ingredients
- 8 c. rhubarb
- 2 qt. water
- 1 small pkg. strawberry jello
- 3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1 qt. ginger ale
Method
- Cut rhubarb and cook tender in water.
- Strain juice and add jello, sugar and lemon juice.
- Mix until dissolved and freeze. Thaw to slush and add ginger ale.
