Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 egg
- 1 c. milk
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. diced rhubarb
Method
- Cream sugar, butter and egg.
- Add milk and dry ingredients; mix well.
- Stir in rhubarb.
- Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
- Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Makes 2 dozen.
