Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 5 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 c. chopped rhubarb
Method
- Cut margarine into flour and confectioners sugar until it is like pie dough.
- Press into a 7 x 11-inch pan and bake 10 minutes at 350°.
- While crust is baking, mix together remaining ingredients.
- Pour into baked crust and continue to bake until brown.
