Ingredients
- 1 cup couscous
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Method
- Cook couscous according to package directions. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and salt; saute 7 minutes. Toss with couscous.
