Ingredients

  • 12 cup water
  • 5 dates, medjool
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 bell pepper, red
  • 6 tomatoes, grape
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 12 teaspoon basil, dried
  • 14 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 18 teaspoon chili powder
  • 18 teaspoon fennel powder

Method

  • Remove the pits from your dates.
  • In a high speed blender/Vitamix, add your water and dates.
  • Let them soak for 10 minutes.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Taste and add additional spices if desired.
  • Add more water if you want a thinner consistency.
  • Pour over a bed of lettuce and veggies or over spiralized zucchini for a Raw Vegan Pasta Dish.
  • Enjoy.
