Ingredients

  • 4 cups Flour
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cups Fresh Raspberries
  • 4 whole Eggs, Slighty Beaten
  • 2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Method

  • Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add berries and toss gently.
  • In a separate bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, oil and vanilla. Mix well.
  • Stir in dry ingredients just until moist. Do not over stir!
  • Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
  • Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes.
