Ingredients
- 1/2 c. raspberries
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 baked pie shell
- 1 c. water
- 3 to 4 c. raspberries
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Glaze:
- Mix 1/2 cup berries, cornstarch, sugar and water.
- Cook until clear and thick.
- Remove from stove and add butter and lemon juice.
- Let cool.
