Ingredients
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 deep dish pie crust
Method
- Boil raisins in sugar water (about 2 cups of water) until raisins swell up and get soft, about 30 to 40 minutes.
- Drain well.
- Mix vanilla pudding as directed.
- Bake pie shell and let cool.
- After shell and raisins are cool, mix raisins and vanilla pudding together.
- Pour in pie shell.
- Can top with meringue.
