Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) box tri-colored pasta
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 purple onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 3 carrots, grated
Method
- Cook pasta and cool. Mix other ingredients and add to cooled pasta. Mix and refrigerate overnight.
