Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans Italian style stewed tomatoes
- 2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans beef broth
- 2 (14 oz.) cans mixed vegetables
- 1/2 or 1 c. uncooked medium egg noodles
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
Method
- In large pot, brown meat and onion.
- Cook until onion is tender.
- Drain; salt and pepper to taste.
- Put in remaining ingredients; stir.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat; simmer, covered, for 15 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
- Makes 6 servings.
