Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans Italian style stewed tomatoes
  • 2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans beef broth
  • 2 (14 oz.) cans mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 or 1 c. uncooked medium egg noodles
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano

Method

  • In large pot, brown meat and onion.
  • Cook until onion is tender.
  • Drain; salt and pepper to taste.
  • Put in remaining ingredients; stir.
  • Bring to boil.
  • Reduce heat; simmer, covered, for 15 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
  • Makes 6 servings.
