Ingredients

  • 24 graham cracker squares, crushed
  • 1/2 c. or 1 stick oleo or butter, melted
  • 2 c. sugar, divided
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c. cooked pumpkin
  • 3 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • 3 egg whites, beaten
  • whipped cream, vanilla ice cream or Cool Whip (optional)

Method

  • Mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and 1/2 cup of the sugar.
  • Pat into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
