Ingredients
- 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
- 3/4 c. pumpkin
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. cloves
- 1/3 c. pecans
- 9-inch pie shell (graham cracker)
- Cool Whip for topping
Method
- Soften ice cream; mix with pumpkin and honey.
- Add spices and pecans. Mix together well in large mixing bowl.
- Pour into shell; freeze overnight.
- Set out ten minutes before cutting.
- Top with Cool Whip.
