Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. pumpkin puree
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Method
- Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl.
- Stir until the batter is well mixed.
- Grease several cookie sheets with butter or margarine so the cookies won't stick when they are baking.
- You can use paper towels or wax paper to spread the butter or margarine.
- Drop the batter by the teaspoonful onto cookie sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes about 48 cookies.
