Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen corn niblets
- 1 small onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 small jar diced pimentos
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Place corn in a baking dish; add chopped onion and bell pepper and drained pimento.
- Mix well.
- Add margarine and sour cream. Mix again.
- Add salt and pepper; mix again.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 325° for 45 minutes.
- Serve hot.
