Ingredients
- 1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen O'Brien potatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. grated Longhorn Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1 onion, chopped
Method
- In a large casserole dish, mix ingredients well.
- Cover and bake at 325° for 50 to 60 minutes.
- Remove cover and bake 10 to 20 minutes to brown.
