Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 4 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped dill pickles
- 1/2 c. red onions
- pinch of salt
- 3 Tbsp. pickle juice
Method
- Boil eggs.
- Boil potatoes whole until done.
- Cut into chunks. Place potatoes in a bowl.
- Add chopped eggs, pickles and onions. Mix in mustard and mayonnaise.
- Add salt and pickle juice.
- Mix together well.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
