Ingredients
- 1 lb red potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 each green pepper
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1 small/med. onion
Method
- boil potatoes whole with skin on
- dice garlic small as you want
- mix garlic and wet ingredients in a bowl
- pour sauce over potatoes
- add green pepper and celery
- Ross gently
