- I make these all the time.
- We love them.
- Usually they stick together pretty well on their own.
- Maybe your mashed potatoes aren't moist enough.
- I have heard that a beaten well egg mixed with the potatoes would solve the problem.
- We cook them in a little bit of butter and they get very brown and crisp on the outside, warm and good inside.
