Ingredients
- 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns (Ore-Ida), thawed
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper (each)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. sour cream
Method
- Combine the ingredients and pour into a greased 3-quart casserole dish.
- Mix 2 cups crushed corn flakes with 1/4 cup margarine.
- Sprinkle on top of casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
