- 300 grams Pork loin
- 1 *Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Grated garlic
- 3 tbsp Sake
- 50 ml Sake for steam-fried
- 2 tbsp Olive oil (for stir frying)
- 1 tbsp Butter (for stir frying)
- 1 Onions (finely chopped)
- 1 pinch *Salt and pepper
- 50 ml Balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp Red wine
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
Method
- Cut the pork into large bite size pieces.
- Salt and pepper evenly all over the pork.
- Place pork and marked ingredients into a plastic bag.
- Knead from the outside and press out the air as much as possible from the bag.
- Close the bag tightly and leave it in the fridge overnight.
- Balsamic sauce Heat butter and olive oil in a pan and add the onion.
- Season with salt and pepper, then stir fry until brown over medium heat.
- Add the ingredients marked and simmer until it has a thick consistency over low medium heat.
- Keep stirring.
- Reduce the sauce until it is like this photo.
- Turn off the heat.
- This is balsamic sauce for steak.
- Place the pork from Step 2 into a non-stick pan and cook evenly over medium heat until golden brown.
- Once the pork turns golden brown, pour the sake for simmering and cover with a lid.
- Turn down the heat a little and allow the inside of the meat to cook through.
- Serve the meat on a plate and pour the sauce on top at the end.
