Ingredients

  • 300 grams Pork loin
  • 1 *Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 sprigs Rosemary
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Grated garlic
  • 3 tbsp Sake
  • 50 ml Sake for steam-fried
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil (for stir frying)
  • 1 tbsp Butter (for stir frying)
  • 1 Onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 pinch *Salt and pepper
  • 50 ml Balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Red wine
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce

Method

  • Cut the pork into large bite size pieces.
  • Salt and pepper evenly all over the pork.
  • Place pork and marked ingredients into a plastic bag.
  • Knead from the outside and press out the air as much as possible from the bag.
  • Close the bag tightly and leave it in the fridge overnight.
  • Balsamic sauce Heat butter and olive oil in a pan and add the onion.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then stir fry until brown over medium heat.
  • Add the ingredients marked and simmer until it has a thick consistency over low medium heat.
  • Keep stirring.
  • Reduce the sauce until it is like this photo.
  • Turn off the heat.
  • This is balsamic sauce for steak.
  • Place the pork from Step 2 into a non-stick pan and cook evenly over medium heat until golden brown.
  • Once the pork turns golden brown, pour the sake for simmering and cover with a lid.
  • Turn down the heat a little and allow the inside of the meat to cook through.
  • Serve the meat on a plate and pour the sauce on top at the end.
