Ingredients
- 6 center cut pork chops
- 6 slices onion
- 6 slices green pepper
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1 can milk (soup can)
- 6 Tbsp. rice
Method
- Season chops to taste and brown in small amount of fat on both sides. Pour fat off after browning.
- On top of each chop, place 1 slice onion and pepper.
- Place 1 tablespoon of rice on each.
- Mix soup and milk.
- Pour over top of all chops.
- Cover and simmer 1 hour.
