Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 c. Comet rice
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 2 c. hot water
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 8 pork chops
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In oven, melt margarine in bottom of 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
- Lightly brown both sides of the pork chops in the margarine.
- Remove from baking dish.
- Mix onion soup mix with hot water.
- Add the mushroom soup and mix well.
