Ingredients
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. rice, uncooked
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. whole milk
Method
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl except the soup and milk.
- Form in 2-inch balls and brown.
- In a 3-quart saucepan, blend the mushroom soup and milk until creamy on low heat.
- Add meatballs and simmer in covered pot for 30 minutes.
