Ingredients
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. rice
- 1 c. milk
- 1 to 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 small onion
- 1 c. celery
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small can tomato juice
- 1 qt. tomatoes
- 1 small green pepper
Method
- Soak bread and rice in milk.
- Add remaining ingredients except tomato juice and tomatoes.
- Form into balls.
- Place in baking pan.
- Pour tomato juice and tomatoes over balls.
- Bake at 325° to 350° for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
