Ingredients
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- 1 pkg. yeast
- pinch of sugar
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. wheat flour
- 1 c. white flour
Method
- Put together the first 3 ingredients.
- In a large bowl, mix the oil, salt and wheat flour.
- Knead by hand 6 to 7 minutes, adding white flour a little at a time.
- Put in a greased bowl and cover. Leave in a warm place to rise 2 to 3 hours, until tripled.
- Punch down and roll out some on lightly floured surface until thin.
- This may be used for pizza and topped with sauce, cheese and veggies or for a calzone.
