Ingredients
- 3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
- 1 pt. cottage cheese
- 1/2 pkg. small marshmallows
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
Method
- Mix jello (dry) and pineapple with juice in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Set this pot in cool water until mixture is cool.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Place in a jello mold and chill until set.
- Can be frozen ahead of time, then thawed.
