Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drain partially
- 5 slices white bread, cubed
Method
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time.
- Stir in pineapple.
- Fold in bread cubes.
- Pour in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Serve with baked ham.
