Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple and juice
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant pudding mix (vanilla, pineapple cream or pistachio)
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1/4 c. oil
Method
- Combine pineapple, juice and soda.
- Add cake mix and remaining ingredients; blend well for 4 minutes.
- Pour into a tube or Bundt pan.
- Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.
- Do not underbake.
- Cool 15 minutes.
