Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple
- 1 egg
- 2 heaped Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. juice
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- miniature marshmallows, if desired
Method
- Drain juice from pineapple and add enough water to make 1 cup. Mix sugar and flour together in saucepan and beat in egg; add water and juice gradually.
- Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and mixture boils.
- Cool.
- Stir in chunks of pineapple.
- Garnish top with marshmallows and nuts.
