Ingredients
- 1 large can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
- 1 stick margarine or butter, melted
Method
- Arrange pineapple in small casserole.
- Mix flour, sugar and juice to make a paste.
- Pour over pineapple and stir.
- Put cheese over pineapple mixture and stir.
- Melt butter and mix with crackers; spread over casserole.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350° until golden brown and bubbly.
