Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix first 7 ingredients together and pour into a 13 x 9-inch ungreased pan.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Remove from oven and frost hot cake with a blending of the final 4 ingredients. Sprinkle with coconut, if desired.
- Do not freeze.
