Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. saltine crackers
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate morsels

Method

  • Line a jelly roll pan with foil.
  • Place package of saltine crackers in a single layer over the foil.
  • In a saucepan, melt 1 cup brown sugar and 2 sticks margarine.
  • Let thicken, then pour over crackers.
  • Bake at 400° for 7 minutes (until bubbly).
  • Remove from oven and pour the 12 ounce package of milk chocolate morsels over the top.
  • Place back in oven for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Then spread the chocolate over top (like icing).
  • Let cool in freezer 30 to 60 minutes.
  • Then break up into pieces.
  • Store in refrigerator in plastic container.
