Ingredients
- 1 pkg. saltine crackers
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate morsels
Method
- Line a jelly roll pan with foil.
- Place package of saltine crackers in a single layer over the foil.
- In a saucepan, melt 1 cup brown sugar and 2 sticks margarine.
- Let thicken, then pour over crackers.
- Bake at 400° for 7 minutes (until bubbly).
- Remove from oven and pour the 12 ounce package of milk chocolate morsels over the top.
- Place back in oven for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Then spread the chocolate over top (like icing).
- Let cool in freezer 30 to 60 minutes.
- Then break up into pieces.
- Store in refrigerator in plastic container.
