Ingredients
- 12 red peppers
- 12 green peppers
- 12 medium onions
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 qt. vinegar (cider)
Method
- Grind peppers and onions; cover with boiling water and let stand 5 minutes.
- Drain.
- Bring rest of ingredients to a boil; add pepper mix and boil 10 minutes.
- Fill pint jars and seal.
