Ingredients
- 1 stick oleo (room temperature)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. plain flour
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Mix oleo, vanilla and powdered sugar, then add flour and chopped pecans.
- Roll into balls in palms of hand. Bake at 300° for about 10 minutes.
- Cool slightly.
- Roll in powdered sugar. These freeze well too.
