Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
Method
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add pecans, potato chips and vanilla. Add flour.
- Roll into balls.
- Press flat with the bottom of a juice glass that has been dipped in sugar.
- Bake for 14 to 15 minutes at 350°.
