Ingredients
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/3 c. peanut butter
- 2/3 c. unsalted nuts, chopped
Method
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter.
- Press into a 9-inch pie pan.
- Press 1/2 ice cream into crust.
- In a small bowl, mix peanut butter and syrup.
- Spread over ice cream. Top with remaining ice cream.
- Sprinkle on nuts and freeze.
