Ingredients
- 8 oz. light cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 (16 oz.) carton Cool Whip
- 2 chocolate graham pie shells
Method
- Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and milk until light and fluffy.
- Add peanut butter and beat until smooth.
- Fold Cool Whip into peanut butter mixture and pour into pie shells.
- Chill for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
- This pie freezes well and will last 2 to 3 months.
