Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Stevia
  • 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cups Reese's Peanut Butter Chips

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375 F
  • In a bowl add flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
  • In a large bowl add yogurt, stevia and brown sugar; mix until blended. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract, mix until smooth. Gradually add flour mixture until combined. Stir in peanut butter chips.
  • Drop by well-rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 6-8 minutes until lightly golden brown then remove from oven.
  • Leave cookies on the cookie sheet for about a minute and then place onto a cooling rack to finish cooling. I recommend storing in the refrigerator.
