Ingredients
- 2 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. marg.
- 16 ounce. (4 1/2 c.) powdered sugar
- 3 c. Rice Krispies
- 12 ounce. pkg. choc. morsels, lowfat milk choco
Method
- Heat peanut butter and butter.
- In large bowl combine powdered sugar and Rice Krispies mix.
- Blend with hands.
- Form into balls.
- Heat chocolate morsels in double boiler.
- Dip 1/2 of balls in choco mix.
- Don't cover whole ball.
- Place on waxed paper.
- Chill.
- Makes 100.
