Ingredients
- 4 fresh peaches, pitted and sliced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 6 crepes
Method
- In bowl combine peaches, sugar and a squirt of lemon.
- Toss to combine.
- Spread sour cream over crepe.
- Top with peaches.
- Fold into quarters and serve.
