Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can peaches, sliced
- 1 can evaporated milk
Method
- Mix flour, sugar and salt.
- Add evaporated milk and stir. Drain juice off peaches and add to mixture.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350° and continue baking for 50 minutes.
