Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups pecans, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
- 2 sticks butter
Method
- Cream eggs, sugar, and butter. Blend in flour, vanilla, and pecans. Bake 350 degrees for 30 or 40 minutes in a 9 x 13 inch pan. When cool, cut into bars.
