Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
- 1 c. cornflake crumbs
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
Method
- Combine all ingredients except soup; form into loaf.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Pour soup over loaf. Bake 20 more minutes.
- Yields 6 to 8 servings.
