Ingredients
- 3 skinned, deboned chicken breasts, cut in half
- 1/2 c. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Mix the mustard and wine to a dipping consistency with a whip.
- Combine bread crumbs with cheese in a large plastic baggie.
- Dip chicken in mustard mixture, then shake in bread crumb mixture.
- Bake on a greased foil, covered, baking sheet for 30 minutes or until coating is brown and crispy.
- Best served hot.
