Ingredients

  • 3 skinned, deboned chicken breasts, cut in half
  • 1/2 c. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine
  • 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Mix the mustard and wine to a dipping consistency with a whip.
  • Combine bread crumbs with cheese in a large plastic baggie.
  • Dip chicken in mustard mixture, then shake in bread crumb mixture.
  • Bake on a greased foil, covered, baking sheet for 30 minutes or until coating is brown and crispy.
  • Best served hot.
