Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 egg
Method
- Sift together dry ingredients.
- Add wet ingredients and mix.
- Batter will have some lumps.
- If it is too thick, add milk 1 tablespoons at a time until desired consistency.
- Preheat a nonstick skillet and spray with Pam.
- Use 1/4 to 1/3 cup batter per pancake.
- Turn when surface loses it's shine and most bubbles have popped.
- Cook for just about 1 minute on second side before removing.
- Pancakes should be golden to golden brown on both sides.
- Serve with hot maple syrup.
