- 1 (16 oz.) can tiny green peas, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- small can pimento, drained
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Method
- Combine peas, green beans, corn, onion, celery and pimento in a large bowl.
- Combine in saucepan the sugar, vegetable oil, white wine vinegar, salt and black pepper.
- Heat until sugar dissolves. Pour over vegetables.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
