Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. cooked shrimp, crab or tuna
- 1 can bean sprouts, drained (or fresh)
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped green onions
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
Method
- Combine
- first 5 ingredients, then mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, lemon
- juice
- and ginger together.
- Add to the first mixture, then
- just before serving toss in 1 can of chow mein noodles.
